New Delhi, Jan. 8 -- A Boeing 737 belonging to Ukraine International Airlines with at least 170 on board crashed on Wednesday due to technical problems, reports said.

The plane crashed soon after taking off from Imam Khomeini International Airport.

Accoridng to the latest report, all passengers and crew members on board were killed in crash.

Rescue teams have been sent to an area near the airport where the crashed happened.

Further details are awaited.

The crash came hours after Iran launched ballistic missiles against US and coalition forces in Iraq.
