India, Nov. 10 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday led the Indian delegation in the 20th Summit of SCO Council of Heads of State via Video Conference. The Meeting was chaired by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The other SCO Member States were represented by their Presidents, while India and Pakistan were represented at the level of Prime Minister.

This was the first SCO Summit held in Virtual Format and third meeting that India participated after becoming a full member in 2017. PM Narendra Modi in his address to the SCO leaders congratulated President Vladimir Putin for organizing the meeting despite challenges and constraints arising due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
