Army jawan killed in Pakistan firing on LoC in Rajouri

An Army jawan was killed on Friday in a ceasefire violation by the Pakistan troops along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.
Soldier Havildar Sambur Gurung sustained multiple injuries when Pakistan Army resorted to unprovoked firing and shelling on the LoC in Nowshera sector in the early hours, sources said.
He was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to injuries, sources added.
According to the official, the Indian troops guarding the LoC retaliated and gave a befitting response to the Pakistani Army.
