India, Oct. 26 -- Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed to implement a ceasefire over disputed Nagorno-Karabakh starting from Sunday midnight after the United States facilitated intensive negotiations.

Informing about the development in a statement, US State Department said, "Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Deputy Secretary of State Stephen E.
