U.S., Dec. 6 -- UPS donates US$550,000 to Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe, following its organisation of UPS Road Code driver safety workshops.

Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe, has been working with UPS since 2012 to develop safety training for novice and young drivers, driving the logistic company's social commitments to passing on safe driving expertise.

What are the training courses?

The training courses are aimed at young people who have not completed or have recently completed their driving test, who statistically are more frequently involved in accidents. The workshops are conducted by 19 experienced delivery volunteers from UPS and consists of eight modules last six hours in total.
