SRI LANKA, April 21 -- KPMG will conduct a seminar on Financial Instruments where tax and accounting implications will be discussed, on April 25 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at Hotel Ramada, Colombo. The presentation on accounting aspects will be delivered by Partner, KPMG, Shameel Nayeem. Tax implications will be presented by the Principal, Tax and Regulatory, Suresh Perera and Director, Tax and Regulatory, Ms Hasna Hassan both of KPMG.

This seminar will help to comprehend the tax implications attributable to financial institutions and non-financial institutions relating to financial instruments, in the context of accounting standards.
