Singapore, March 30 -- Heartland business Unidbox Hardware had been suffering from slow sales even before the coronavirus outbreak, prompting its director and staff to go for training to upskill themselves.

The store, which sells a variety of items ranging from household goods to sanitary and hardware products, has three outlets - in Hougang, Upper Serangoon and Kovan.

Director Wong Hing Kong decided to enhance the business by exploring new areas such as e-commerce.
