Singapore, Jan. 7 -- On 30 December 2020, China and the EU completed their investment deal talks as scheduled, and the world is now watching to see when it will be signed. Given worsening China-US relations, an investment deal with the EU would be a major victory for China, and be of key strategic value to the latter's foreign relations.
