Mysore/Mysuru, Jan. 13 -- The Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) had organised a day-long Capacity Building Training Workshop on Solid Waste Management for Pourakarmikas under Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0 at Hemavathy Auditorium in Administrative Training Institute (ATI) on Lalitha Mahal Road in city this morning.

Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0 aims to create garbage-free cities by 2026 through 100 percent waste processing, sustained sanitation, used water management, citizen participation and digital innovation for cleaner and healthier urban spaces.

The workshop was inaugurated by MLC C.N. Manjegowda.
