This is to bring to the notice of the officials of the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) and other civic authorities the deplorable condition of our city's roads, including many major thoroughfares.

As we all know, the monsoon has arrived early, bringing joy to farmers and others. However, the incessant rains, which have only just begun, are already exposing the poor state of our roads.

The asphalt on many roads, which was already weak and unstable, is deteriorating rapidly with the onset of rainfall.
