I wish to draw the urgent attention of the MCC Commissioner to a serious and recurring hazard faced by residents and commuters along the Mahadevapura Main Road.

This busy stretch - passing through Udayagiri, Beedi Workers Hospital in Azeez Sait Nagar and Satellite Bus Stand - sees heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic and has become increasingly dangerous due to two critical issues: Unchecked presence of stray cattle and complete absence of functional streetlights.

After dusk, the road becomes pitch dark and cattle are often found sitting or wandering on the road dividers and even on the carriageway itself.

The lack of visibility makes it nearly impossible for motorists to spot these animals in time, leading to...
