Mysuru, Dec. 24 -- Mysore District Athletic Association (MDAA), in association with Physical Education Teachers Academy Trust, has organised 60th State-level Cross Country Championship 2025 near Lalitha Mahal helipad in city on Dec. 28 at 6.30 am. This was announced by MDAA President S. Somashekar at Pathrakarthara Bhavan in city on Monday.

Somashekar said, the winners of National-level and State-level Cross Country Races will be flagging off the race here, along with sponsors.

The matter of pride is, the race is being organised in the city after a gap of 11 years. Over 800 athletes from 31 districts are expected to take part in the race, that will be conducted by 150 technical officers.
