India, July 26 -- Radiulla Khan, Organising Secretary of Mysuru District Kannada Sahitya Parishat, being presented with 'Karnataka Kala Ratna' State Award during the workshop on 'Labour Rights' organised by Karmikara Hakkugala Seva Samiti at Rotary Hall on JLB Road in city recently.
