Mysuru, Feb. 23 -- Sri Ram Sene leader Pramod Muthalik has accused the State Government for the rise in atrocities against women in Karnataka.
He was addressing the gathering after releasing the book 'Love Jihad' at Pathrakarthara Bhavana, in the city yesterday.
"It is not just in the State, women across the country won't feel safe. It is the Government and the Police, who have to be blamed for the rise in atrocities against women. It took about 12 long years for the verdict to be heard in the New Delhi Nirbhaya gang rape case and the delay in delivery of justice weakens action in controlling the atrocities. Hence, the Courts should come to the rescue of survivors," demanded Muthalik.
