India, Oct. 11 -- Bengaluru, Oct. 11 (Agencies)- The 57th Additional City Civil and Sessions Court yesterday directed the Member-Secretary of the Bengaluru City Legal Services Authority to visit the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison to inspect the conditions in which actor Darshan was being held and submit a report by Oct. 18.
Darshan, Accused No. 2 in the Renukaswamy murder case, who is currently lodged in the Central Prison, has complained of being denied basic amenities inside the prison.
The 57th Additional City Civil and Sessions Court, which heard the case, partially allowed an application filed by Darshan's advocate, which had sought a personal inspection of the prison.
