Mysuru, May 8 -- The Special Court for Elected Representatives has expressed displeasure over the Mysuru Lokayukta's Investigating Officer seeking more time to submit the final report in the ongoing probe against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, his wife B.M. Parvathi, and others in the alleged Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) land scam.

During a hearing yesterday, Judge Santhosh Gajanan Bhat directed the Investigating Officer (Superintendent of Police T.J. Udesh) to file a comprehensive status report, supported by certified documentation and affidavits, by May 29, 2025. The case, filed under Section 17(A) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, will be taken up on the same day.
