India, March 29 -- M. Lakshmikanth has been appointed as the Inspector of Hebbal Police Station in city in place of Mallesh, who has been promoted and transferred. Also, 11 Police personnel awaiting place have been assigned the places and five transferred. A total of 15 Dy.SPs have also been transferred.
