Mysuru, April 1 -- The 12-over format tournament will be played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium

In an effort to bring Kannada movie stars closer to non-residential Kannadigas, the Karnataka Celebrity League (KCL) has been organised at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Dubai, said Mayur Master, member of Anivasi Kannadigara Sangha, Dubai.

Following the tournament announcement, the auction of players was held at Hotel Lalitha Mahal Palace here recently.

Speaking to media persons prior to the auction, Mayur Master said that a total of 10 teams will be taking part in tournament which features actors and technicians from Kannada Film Industry like Loose Mada Yogi, Darling Krishna, Tharun Sudhir among others.
