Mysore/Mysuru, July 26 -- Former International Cricketer Karuna Jain has been appointed as the Head Coach of Mysore Warriors Women's Team ahead of the inaugural KSCA Maharani Trophy to commence from Aug. 4 in Bengaluru.
Karuna Jain, who played as a wicket-keeper and right-handed batter, appeared in five Test matches, 44 One Day Internationals and nine Twenty20 Internationals for India from between 2004 and 2014. She scored one century and nine fifties in ODIs. She played domestic cricket for Karnataka, Air India, Nagaland and Pondicherry before announcing her retirement in 2022.
