London, July 14 -- World No. 1 Jannik Sinner has dethroned World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz to clinch the Wimbledon 2025 Men's Singles title.
Sinner beat Alcaraz 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 6-4 to become the first Italian man to win Wimbledon in the competition's 148-year history. It ends Alcaraz's dreams of winning a hattrick of Wimbledon titles, and gives Sinner his fourth Grand Slam. Sinner also becomes the first man to beat Alcaraz in a Grand Slam final. After five straight wins for Alcaraz, Sinner finally clinched a huge victory in the head-to-head record between the two.
