At present, many seasoned traffic rule violators continue to roam freely, despite the installation of 59 Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras.

Most of these habitual offenders either display a tampered or completely missing registration number plate. These individuals should be penalised on the spot, as simply uploading their traffic violations will not have any effect.
