Despite the diligent efforts by Mysuru City Traffic Police to instil discipline among motorists, our roads continue to be plagued with unruly behaviour, by compulsive traffic rules violators.

It is observed that many two-wheeler and four-wheeler drivers are equipping their vehicles with high-power "halogen" headlights. These headlights, often of dubious quality and Chinese origin, emit an intense white light that can cause momentary blindness to oncoming motorists, posing a serious safety hazard.
