Mysuru, Jan. 9 -- Fit Mysuru Walkathon, organised by University of Mysore (UoM), in association with Mysuru City Corporation (MCC), Mysuru District Journalists Association (MDJA), GSS CSR, Gym Association and other organisations will be flagged-off by District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa and Mountaineer Dr. Usha Hegde at the Open Air Theatre in Manasagangothri campus on Jan. 11 (Sunday) at 6.30 am.

Addressing mediapersons at Crawford Hall here this morning, UoM Vice-Chancellor Prof. N.K. Lokanath said that the response had been encouraging with more than 10,000 enthusiasts expected to take part in the Fit Mysuru Walkathon.
