India, July 3 -- As part of Dr. Babu Jagjivan Ram's 34th death anniversary, the District Administration will pay tributes by garlanding the statue of Babu Jagjivan Ram near City Railway Station on July 6 at 9.30 am, according to Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abhiram G. Sankar, who is also the President of National Festivals Celebration Committee.
