Mysuru, July 7 -- Dr. P. Krishnaiah, Deputy Director (DD) of Department of Physical Education (DPE), University of Mysore (UoM), was felicitated on attaining superannuation from service, at Yoga Mandir in Sports Pavilion here recently.

In his address at the felicitation ceremony organised by the UoM DPE, Physical Education Directors and Association of Sports Lovers, Prof. M. Chandrakumar, a retired faculty of Department of Studies in Physical Education and Sports Sciences, said: "while it is common to face certain issues while selecting sports persons, it is the responsibility of Directors and Coaches to build a best team. Dr. P. Krishnaiah has set a model in this regard."
