India, March 31 -- The District Administration and Kannada & Culture Department have jointly organised Devara Dasimayya Jayanti at Kalamandira on Hunsur Road in city on Apr. 2 at 11.30 am.
District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will inaugurate the event. MLA K. Harishgowda will preside over the programme.
Mysuru-Kodagu MP Yaduveer Wadiyar and Chamarajanagar MP Sunil Bose will be the chief guests.
Rajarajeshwari Engineering College Professor Dr. K.S. Lakshminarayana will deliver a lecture on the occasion, according to a press release.
