Chinnaswamy Stadium during Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) IPL victory celebrations - a tragedy that claimed 11 lives and left over 45 injured - Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar met Congress High Command in New Delhi this morning.
