India, June 2 -- The Department of Social Welfare has invited online applications from Scheduled Caste (SC) students to avail cash incentives for scoring high marks in SSLC exam held during academic year 2024-25.

The Department gives a cash incentive of Rs.7,000 to students who score 60 to 74.99% marks and Rs.15,000 marks for those who score 75% or more in their first attempt. Cash incentives will be given irrespective of the income of the students.

SC students, who have studied the syllabus prescribed by the State Government and scored more than 60% in SSLC need not apply if their Aadhaar cards are seeded. Incentive amount will be directly credited to their Bank Account under DBT. Students whose Aadhaar cards are not seeded are required ...
