India, Aug. 1 -- District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will inaugurate the Arts Training programme organised by the Kannada and Culture Department for hostel students, under the SCSP/TSP sub-plan, at Kirurangamandira in Kalamandira premises tomorrow (Aug. 2) at 10.30 am, in the presence of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Union Minister for Steel and Heavy Industries H.D. Kumaraswamy. MPs Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar and Sunil Bose will be the chief guests.
