India, May 10 -- Dr. R. Srinivas, an Anaesthetist serving at the District Hospital, Mysuru, has been appointed as District Community Service Commissioner of Scouts and Guides. Dr. Srinivas, who is an ex-servicemen, had previously served at Indian Navy Hospitals in Mumbai, Goa, Karwar, Kochi, Visakhapatnam and Odisha, according to Chief Scouts and Guides Commissioner M.N. Shadakshari.
