The proposal for the much-awaited expansion of Mysore Airport, to operate wide-bodied aircraft such as Boeing 737 and Airbus A320, has got a significant traction.
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has launched a joint survey and inspection of 206.12 acres of land marked for expansion since yesterday. The inspection concludes tomorrow.
