India, Nov. 15 -- In connection with the 35th Anniversary of Children's Literary Club, Dr. R. Purnima, formerly Professor of English, KSOU, presently Director, Children's Literary Club, will be delivering a talk on 'Epistolary Technique as a Literary Device' at 6 pm on Nov. 17, at Government Hostel for Girls, Adi Pampa Road, V.V.
