India, Oct. 8 -- Mysuru, Oct. 8- Das Suryawanshi, State Commissioner for Office of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act - Karnataka, has urged Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) to provide five percent reservation in admissions to disabled candidates.
Speaking during his visit to KSOU in city on Monday, Suryawanshi said, KSOU must introduce Under Graduate (UG) and Post-Graduate (PG) courses like Special B.Ed and M.Ed for the benefit of disabled students, along with extending five percent reservation in enrolment for Ph.D and all other UG and PG courses.
