Mysore/Mysuru, Nov. 22 -- Rotary Midtown presents H.S. Shivadevappa Memorial 'Adarsha Raitha' award to M.M. Kumar

The present farming practices has not been yielding the desired revenue for the farmers and youngsters involved in farming are finding it tough to find a bride for themselves. Though, the issue seems to be trivial, it is turning out to be a social malady in rural areas, said Melukote MLA Darshan Puttannaiah.

He was speaking after presenting H.S. Shivadevappa Memorial 'Adarsha Raitha' award instituted by Rotary Mysore Midtown, to M.M. Kumar, a progressive farmer from Rampura village in Hullahalli, at an event held at Rotary Centre on JLB Road recently.
