A special one-day awareness workshop and gathering for liquor license holders islandwide will take place in Negombo. Organised by the Sri Lanka Liquor Licensees Association (SLLLA), the event will be held in line with the national "Badu Shakthi" Tax Week initiative. The event will be held on 14 June 2025, from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at Avenra Garden Hotel in Negombo. The programme is being organised with the support and presence of officials from the Ministry of Finance, the Revenue Administration, Reforms and Innovation Division of the Presidential Secretariat, the Sri Lanka Excise Department, and the Inland Revenue Department.
