The Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF) conducted a donation programme on 12 May 2025 at the SLAVF premises.
Major General D.K.S.K Dolage USP nps psc, Commandant of SLAVF, along with Mrs Lilanthi Dolage, the Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps Seva Vanitha Branch, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
During the ceremony, a total of 205 children of SLAVF personnel, who excelled in the Grade Five Scholarship Examination in 2024, the General Certificate of Ordinary Level Examination in 2023, and the General Certificate of Advanced Level Examination in the years 2022 and 2023, received scholarships worth more than Rs. 4,735,000.00.
