As part of a broader national initiative, the Internal Affairs Unit (IAU) was inaugurated within the SLAF today (09 April 2025) at Air Force Headquarters. This inauguration coincided with the national ceremony for the commencement of the Anti-Corruption Action Plan (2025-2029), held under the patronage of His Excellency the President at the BMICH.
The establishment of the SLAF IAU aligns with the broader national framework introduced by the President's Secretariat, which mandates the formation of Internal Affairs Units across all government institutions.
