A two-day workshop on Military in Internal Security Operations (MISO) was conducted at Security Forces Headquarters - Jaffna on 18 and 19 March 2025, with the coordination of the Directorate of Legal Services, Human Rights, and Humanitarian Law.
The sessions were conducted by Mr. Lloyd Gillett (ICRC Representative) and Mr. Channa Jayawardena (Armed and Security Programme Advisor). The programme carried out under the guidance of the Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna.
