A high-level Russian military delegation, under the guidance of Major General Alexander Ivanovich Zinchenko, Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate for International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, participated in the Action Plan Conference at the Office of the Chief of Staff on 28th January 2025.
The conference focused on finalising the action plan for defence cooperation between the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and Sri Lanka for the year 2025.
