The press briefing on "Guwan Hamuda Papedi Sawariya 2025" was held today (24 February 2025) at the Air Force Headquarters. This year's race will be conducted for the 26th consecutive time in concurrence with the 74th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Air Force. Over Hundred and Seventy Five (175) upper-grade cyclists and other cyclists including foreign cyclists are expected to compete in this race. Guwan Hamuda Papedi Sawariya is recognized as one of the premier and most thrilling events in the Sri Lankan Cycling calendar.
