Colombo, Sri Lanka, May 20 -- Sri Lanka Army issued the following news release:
In response to a request made by the Ranaviru Seva Authority, five vehicles were officially handed over this afternoon (20th May) at the vehicle premises of the Presidential Secretariat to support the medical care and rehabilitation of differently-abled War Heroes residing in welfare centres.
These vehicles were donated under the directives of HE the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Anura Kumara Dissanayake. The official documents related to the donation were handed over by Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, Secretary to the President, to the Ranaviru Seva Authority.
