The outgoing High Commissioner of Pakistan to Sri Lanka, Major General (Retd) Faheem-Ul-Aziz, paid a farewell calls on the Deputy Minister of Defence, Major General Aruna Jayasekara (Retd), and the Defence Secretary, Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd), today (02 February).
Arriving at the Deputy Minister's office in Colombo, the Pakistani High Commissioner was accorded a warm welcome by the Deputy Minister.
Later in the day, the Pakistani envoy met the Defence Secretary at the Ministry of Defence for his farewell call on and a cordial discussion.
