The Inter Unit Chess Championship 2025 was conducted at SLAF Trade Training School Ekala from 25 to 28 March 2025. The awards ceremony was held at the Main Auditorium with the graceful presence of the Director General Training, Air Vice Marshal Deshapriya Silva as the Chief Guest.
Twelve teams along with nearly 60 players participated in this year's tournament and were judged by Arbiters from the Chess Federation of Sri Lanka. The Open Blitz 3+2 tournament was organized with the participation of 52 players participating in the event.
