The 20th consecutive Flight Safety Workshop for Non Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and the first batch for the year 2025 was successfully concluded at the Air Force Museum Auditorium, SLAF Base Ratmalana. The workshop was conducted from 17 March 2025 to 21 March 2025 with 39 NCOs representing all Directorates participated for this workshop. This 5-day workshop covered the main flight safety areas such as Safety Management Systems, Aviation Physiology and Psychology, Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard, Aircraft Accident Investigation, Material Factors, Human Factors, Aircraft Fire Fighting and Aspects of Air Traffic Services.
