The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, conducted the Annual Commander's Inspection at SLAF Disaster Management Training School Digana today (09 April 2025). Notably, this marks the first official inspection by the Commander following the elevation of the Digana Detachment into a fully fledged, separate SLAF establishment. The Commander was received by the Commanding Officer, Group Captain Lakmal Jayathilaka, where a ceremonial street line was accorded upon his arrival.
