CHANGE OF COMMAND AT JUNIOR COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE

Colombo, Sri Lanka, May 3 -- Sri Lanka Air Force issued the following news release:

The Change of Command at Junior Command and Staff College in SLAF Academy China Bay took place yesterday (02 May 2025). The outgoing Commanding Officer, Group Captain VRS Vidanapathirana RWP, RSP and four Bars, USP, MSc (Def & Strat Stu), BSc (Def Stu), Pg Dip (Def Mgt), psc handed over the command to Wing Commander SHGT Silva RSP, USP, MSc (Def & Strat Stu), BMS Hons, Pg Dip (Def Mgt), psc.

The new Commanding Officer, Wing Commander SHGT Silva assumed the office after the completion of traditional religious observances.
