The Air Defence Gunnery Training School (ADGTS) at SLAF Station Iranamadu proudly celebrated its 13th anniversary yesterday (05 March 2025). Originally established at SLAF Base Katunayake, the school was relocated to SLAF Station Iranamadu on 05 March 2012, on which date it also became an independent formation within the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF).
Since its inception, the Air Defence Gunnery Training School has been commanded by seven Commanding Officers and is currently under the leadership of Squadron Leader Prasanna Balasooriya.
