SINGAPORE, Jan. 15 -- Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, supported by the Republic Polytechnic and the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC), is organising a series of trainings on Project Proposal Writing for officials in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Viet Nam (CLMV).
The second training for Vietnamese officials kicked off on 4 January and concluded on 15 January. It is the second of four scheduled trainings hosted by the Singapore Cooperation Centre in Ha Noi, through an online platform.
