Hanoi, Vietnam, Dec. 17 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the high-level plenary session of the Viet Nam Economy in 2025 and Prospects in 2026 Forum (VEPF).

Addressing the VEPF jointly organized by the Government and the Central Commission for Policies and Strategies, the Prime Minister underscored that the dual transition towards green growth and digital transformation is an objective necessity, a strategic choice and a top national priority. This dual transition, he said, serves as both the foundation and the primary driving force for rapid and sustainable development.
