Hanoi, Vietnam, Jan. 20 -- Assoc. Prof. Dr.Chu Manh Hung (L) and Dr Vu Thi Tan

Assoc. Prof. Dr.Chu Manh Hung from the School of Materials Science and Engineering won the Outstanding Innovation Award, while Dr Vu Thi Tan from the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences received an Encouragement Award.

Associate Professor Chu Manh Hung's current research focuses on the synthesis and structural characterization of nanostructured semiconductor materials for sensor applications, the development of two-dimensional materials, and advanced structural analysis using synchrotron radiation sources.

Meanwhile, Dr Vu Thi Tan's work centers on advanced carbon-based materials and green cosmetic chemistry.
